Shipping Policy
General
Orders will be processed and dispatched anywhere from same day dispatch to the next day following order completion & confirmation via receipt or reference number. Items are are only dispatched Monday - Friday(excluding weekends)
Please note that personalized items may take an additional 8-10 working days to dispatch. Please add delivery times over and above the processing time.

We have 2 fulfilment centres (1) United Kingdom and (2) Australia. All orders placed locally will benefit from no extra duties, fast shipping and local returns.
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping (2-3 Working Days) - £4.99 - £6.00 (Depending on weight)
- Next Day Delivery (Order placed before 12PM) - £6.99 - £8 (Depending on weight)
- Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1PM - £18.00

Australia & New Zealand
- Standard Shipping (2-4 Working Days) - $10.00
Please note delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays, Public Holidays and sale periods.
USA, Dubai, Europe & International
All orders will be sent via Royal mail or EVRI. We offer tiered delivery rates starting from £13.00 depending on the value, weight of the order & dimensions of the packaging. Please proceed to checkout to confirm rate.
Depending on the destination & value of the purchase, additional taxes & duties may be charged. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover these costs if applicable. These are not included in the delivery charge.
Depending on the Class of shipping selected, a signature may be required in order to be delivered. In the event that the item is returned to sender. It will be at the cost of the customer to get the purchase resent.

Pre- order
If you have ordered multiple items and only some items are on pre order your order will only be sent once all items are in stock. If you would like to receive part of your order early please contact us to pay for extra shipping. If your Pre order has embroidery - please allow an extra 8-10 days from advertised pre order dispatch date.
Cancellation
Items can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase. Please note that custom embroidery orders are exempt from this.
Please note NEXT DAY DELIVERY is not possible during weekends or public holidays.
