We were honoured to be part of Jess & Jack’s timeless Mallorca celebration. From teenage crushes to a sunset ceremony in a rustic finca, their day was filled with heartfelt moments and thoughtful details. Jess wore the beautiful Daphne Embroidered Bridal Robe and her bridesmaids looked so comfy in the beautiful Camillo nude Robe.
We managed to get Jess to give us the full details of her magical day and here is what she had to say:
Tell us a little about yourselves, what you do, what you love, what is unique about you and your relationship?
Our journey began when we were 15 or 16. Although we attended different schools, we often crossed paths at house parties and athletic competitions, stealing glances and admiring each other from afar. Jack was the undeniable heartthrob of our year—most of the girls fancied him, myself included! We shared the occasional flirtatious conversation, but it wasn’t until nearly a decade later that our paths truly crossed.
Jack was wrapping up his master's program when I found myself back in Cardiff after a year of traveling and living in Australia, suddenly single. During this time, we matched on Tinder and went on our first date. Fast forward less than a year, and we relocated to the Middle East, where we've spent the past six years. Living in Bahrain has been a joy; we've made incredible friends and rescued our beloved fur baby, Mowgli! If you had told 16-year-old Jess she would marry her high school crush, she would have probably fainted! The past seven years together have been nothing short of amazing, and I eagerly anticipate what the future holds for us.

Tell us about your special day, was there a specific theme or style? Tell us a little about the setting, the styling and some of your favorite details
I can genuinely say our wedding day was the best day of my life. We chose Mallorca for its stunning sunsets, outdoor dining, and nearly guaranteed sunshine, celebrating at a rustic finca that blended Mediterranean elegance with timeless romance. Our neutral palette of white blooms, soft greenery, golden accents, and candlelight created the elegant, natural atmosphere we envisioned. Since we had already completed the legal ceremony in the UK, we personalized everything—my childhood friend sang me down the aisle, our best friend officiated, a groomsman read a hilarious poem, and we exchanged vows signed by our brothers. Walking out to “Young Hearts Run Free” with a live saxophone leading the way was unforgettable.
The celebration was filled with joy and laughter from start to finish. I gave a speech during the aperitif, and we entered dinner dancing on tables to “Volare.” After heartfelt speeches, a champagne tower, and incredible food, the sax player led everyone to the courtyard where I changed into something sparkly for our first dance. We ended the night in our indoor bar and dance floor, lovingly named after our rescue dog Mowgli, complete with a neon sign and custom napkins with his face saying, “Drinks on Me!” It truly was magical, made even more special by all the little personal touches.
How did you spend the morning of your wedding? How did you deal with the nerves leading up to the wedding?
I was surprisingly calm on the big day. Jack and I shared a quiet coffee before parting ways in our villa—he and the groomsmen on one side, my bridesmaids and I on the other. With our 5:30 PM ceremony, we had the whole day to relax and prepare.
Our glam squad of three artists worked seamlessly to get eight bridesmaids, three mothers, and a grandmother ready on time. I was showered with thoughtful gifts—a pearl bracelet from my bridesmaids, a locket with my grandparents’ photos attached to my bouquet, and heartfelt letters to read before the ceremony. It made the morning feel truly special.

What items or services did you think were a waste of money? VS what are you so glad you splurged on?
Splurge on catering and drinks—it's essential to ensure your guests are well-fed and hydrated! When it comes to transport, consider saving on fancy cars; unless you’re planning a grand reveal, most guests won’t even see you arrive in a classic vehicle. We originally had one booked but decided to cancel at the last minute. Instead, my dad and I hopped on the bus with the rest of my bridesmaids, and it turned out to be so much more fun!

Any advice you would like to give to future brides
Take a moment to soak it all in and stay by your partner’s side throughout the day. It goes by in a flash, and you’ll want to create those lasting memories together rather than being pulled in every direction. Set clear time limits for photos so you're not away from the main events for too long, and most importantly, enjoy every moment!
